melinau 0 Posted November 4, 2016 Author ID:1070199 Share Posted November 4, 2016 Hello It appears that this Forum doesn't work with MS Edge, so I'm re-posting this using Chrome: My system is Windows 10 Anniversary, fully patched running on Surface Pro 4 i5 (O/S Version 1607, OS Build 14393.351). I have an Office 365 subscription with Word, Excel Outlook 2016 etc installed. Nextgen Reader keeps freezing when Anti-Ransomeware beta (Component Update Package 1.0.0 Version 0.9.17.661) is running. Temporarily switching off protection appears to resolve this problem. It seems to occur mainly when I receive an email notification from Outlook 2016, and click to open the mail, but there are also random freezes. Re-starting Nextgen fixes the problem until the next event
1PW 20 Posted November 6, 2016 ID:1070731 Share Posted November 6, 2016 Hello melinau and Please excuse the excessive delay in responding to your topic. Using the native Windows built-in zip utility, please create the following, separate, .zip (not .7z or .rar) archive files for MBARW developer team analysis: "C:\ProgramData\Malwarebytes\Malwarebytes Anti-Ransomware\" "C:\ProgramData\Malwarebytes\MBAMService\logs\" "C:\ProgramData\MalwarebytesARW\" Please attach the .zip archives to your next reply. Thank you for your beta testing contribution to the Malwarebytes Anti-Ransomware (MBARW Beta) project and your valued feedback.
