I think that file / programm is not for use but why your tool dont send an alert?

How can it be, that 50% if anti Virus tools send an altert and 50% do that not? Is it an virus or is it not an virus?

if i trust malewarebytes i think: this file is clean, i can use it. But is it right? Is this programm clean?

All indications are Adware or a Potentially Unwanted Program ( PUP ).

I do not know what you mean by "chancge m HDD".

Maybe you want to replace a present hard disk with a new larger sized unit and you want to "clone" the old disk to the new disk.

If that is the case, I suggest finding some other software.

The purpose of this sub-forum is to provide assistance to those who are presently infected or believe they may be infected.

There is no reason to alter a hard disk serial number other than to bypass some kind of control that uses this hard coded and unique value.

Because you are not infected and it seems you are trying to circumvent some kind of system or service control, we can't help you.

I am requesting this thread be closed.

Thank you.
