system got freeze Immediately when I use dr-web cure

I have Avast anti-virus free on my system and when I launch dr-web cure then my system got freeze Immediately and some time it got freeze even before the UAC is pop-up it in there !

and now I try to remove it, but the removal process is no go so far ! it look like won’t to uninstalling ? it says the flowing

what is the hack this mean ?

will I never seen an anti-virus product’s install a bundled software ! and that’s why I’ve been seen avast got bundle with a free software !

so now how to Uninstall it ? I don’t want it ....

also Ctrl + Del to bring the the task manger and trying to kill avast installation setup but it is still no go (it seems the installation is hang but isn’t)
