Malware warning when visiting website.

Over the weekend I started getting an Malicious Website Blocked notification when visiting Audible.com.  The notification occurs on both Microsoft Edge and Google Chrome, and only on that website.

 

Is there a way to find out whether the website is having a problem or whether there is something wrong on my computer.  Below I have attached a screenshot of the error.

Any help will be appreciated.

Forgot to add that scans with Malwarebytes and Windows Defender show no sign of infection.

Just wanted to update.  It seems to have been something on their site.  The notification no longer appears, so they must have fixed it.  Thanks for the help.
