3 PUP malware threats discovered - PLEASE HELP ME !

My PC started to act really lethargic and slow, so I ran the malwarebytes anti malware scan and found the following threats:

TwinHeadedEagle ( not DOUBLEHEADED EAGLE ) is the Forum Helper in the Malware Removal section who will assist you in removing any malware.

Firefox guided you to go to the Malware Removal section and seek Malware Removal assistance.

Ron ( AdvancedSetup  who is the Forum Administrator ) has determined that you are using two forum accounts which is not allowed.  Each forum member can only have one account.  You are confusing the forum members and those trying to help you.

• You need to discuss with Ron ( AdvancedSetup ) about having two forum accounts ( yosoy4ever and edsueond ).
• You need to stick with the Malware Removal thread you have with TwinHeadedEagle and not go off on tangents.  While you are seeking assistance in the Malware Removal section of the Forum, you should not post anywhere else until that thread with TwinHeadedEagle has been completed.  If you are having problems downloading a requested tool you need to work with TwinHeadedEagle  to resolve or bypass that issue.

Please also note that a Forum is a typed communication media.  When you post in all CAPITAL LETTERS it is akin to shouting.
