magicalfang Posted October 12, 2016 ID:1066395 Share Posted October 12, 2016 Hello guys, yesterday I tried downloading some hacks for csgo...... and it downloaded a virus for me. It started downloading random stuff and when I uninstall them they keep reappearing. When i tried to system reset my pc it would let me get to like 10 percent and it would randomly shut down. When im trying to open CCleaner or Anti Malware it will shut it down. When i tried to reset my computer using my windows drive it wouldn't let me either. I called microsoft and they said without a microsoft premium feature they can't help me uninstall the virus. Please help me! Thanks! PS: i built this PC, the specs are i7 4790k, corsair h100i gtx, gtx 980ti, 1TB WD Black, 250 GB Samsung SSD, 16 Gb of ram and a msi gaming 5 mother board. Note: You need to run the version compatible with your system. If you are not sure which version applies to your system download both of them and try to run them. Only one of them will run on your system, that will be the right version. Double-click to run it. When the tool opens click Yes to disclaimer. Press Scan button. button. It will make a log (FRST.txt) in the same directory the tool is run. Please attach it to your reply. The first time the tool is run, it makes also another log (Addition.txt).
