Windows Explorer Can't Find iPhone

Hello everyone,

I'm seeking your help because today I experienced a very weird situation. Its been a long time since I synced my iPhone into iTunes, still I was expecting a very uneventful experience. I had to update my iTunes, and still my iPhone and iTunes synced without incident. However, I noticed that the iPhone was nowhere to be found on Windows Explorer. I was also looking forward to copying my phone's pictures into an external hard-drive and clear some space from my phone's memory, but I was unable to. Before turning to you guys I tried a couple of other things that appeared to make sense, but then I realized that if the iPhone was being found by iTunes, it was definitely not the USD/driver. It seems like there is something preventing the device (iPhone) from being seen by the Windows Explorer, like hiding the files from display. Does that make any sense? Is there anything you guys can do for me?

Attached are the Addition.txt and the FRST.txt documents as the result of my first scan with the Farbar Recovery Scan Tool, after running a scan with Malwarebytes Anti-Malware.

Looking forward to your response.
