I think this might be a problem with malware. I've tried installing malwarebytes and JRT but every time I click on the exe file it says 'This app can't run on your PC'. I'm currently running windows 10 which I know is compatible with malwarebytes , so I have concluded that this is because of the malware itself. Is there anything I can do to fix this?
