The following depends on the previously installed version of Malwarebytes Anti-Ransomware (MBARW Beta) and the architecture of the Windows system.

For an x64 based system, you may wish to try restarting the system in question to the Windows Safe Mode, log in as Administrator, and if any of the following directories exist, please delete them:

          "%ProgramFiles%\Malwarebytes\"
          "%ProgramData%\Malwarebytes Anti-Ransomware\"
          "%ProgramData%\MBAMService\"
          "%ProgramData%\MalwarebytesARW\"
