dephead2004 Posted September 13, 2016 ID:1061591 Share Posted September 13, 2016 Installed beta 8 successfully on a Win10 64 bit PC. However on boot up Reliability Monitor reports a crash in MBAM service on two consecutive days after install. When started manually after boot no such error occurs Event viewer shows an error in MB3service.exe 3.0.0.571 on both occasions. Attached is the malwarebytesARW folder. Can you help please? bdubrow Posted September 13, 2016 ID:1061628 Share Posted September 13, 2016 Hello, dephead2004-- Thank you for reporting this and providing the folder. Our team will take a look and let you know if we need any further information. I understand it's an inconvenience, but I'm glad you're at least able to start it up manually in the meantime. 1PW Posted October 11, 2016 ID:1066321 Share Posted October 11, 2016 Hello Davec33 and :welcome:: I will be requesting you post follow-up information that should provide developers/staffers with enough data to start. Using only the native Windows built-in zip utility, please create the following .zip archive files for MBARW developer team analysis: "%ProgramData%\Malwarebytes\Malwarebytes Anti-Ransomware\" "%ProgramData%\Malwarebytes\MBAMService\logs\" "%ProgramData%\MalwarebytesARW\" "%SystemRoot%\Minidump\" Please attach the .zip archives to your next reply. Thank you for your beta testing contribution to the Malwarebytes Anti-Ransomware (MBARW Beta) project and your valued feedback.

1PW Posted October 12, 2016 ID:1066393 Share Posted October 12, 2016 Hello Davec33: Does a possibility exist that the .dmp Minidump file that corresponds to the c0000005 APPCRASH has been preserved in another location? Is the APPCRASH issue repeatable? Thank you.
Davec33 Posted October 12, 2016 ID:1066434 Share Posted October 12, 2016 Hello 1PW, Sorry buy I cannot find .dmp file. (it's possible I ran a cleaner that removed it.) The APPCRASH has only occurred once. If it happens again I'll look for the .dmp file.
