Help, Support Wont Answer My Emails

Hello and Welcome!

Sorry that you have not received replies.  Please check your spam filters / junk mail folders to make sure the emails are not getting caught there.  You should at least have received an automatic reply.

That being said, I have asked for help with the admins to review your topic.

Oscar is wonderful, but I'm still not receiving any emails from support@malwarebytes.com.

After a reinstall of MB, my key is still not working. Getting the same error (see attached). 

I hope someone can help me. I shouldn't be having this much trouble.
