License Problem

Hello KenW:

Your MBAM Premium license re-activation issue can only be resolved by contacting the Malwarebytes Help Desk at: https://support.malwarebytes.org/customer/portal/emails/new?b_id=6438

Please provide the Help Desk with as much of the following information as possible (but do NOT post this sensitive information here in this forum):

  • Name of purchaser.
  • Email address of purchaser.
  • Date of purchase.
  • cleverbridge reference number (or details about the seller, if it was NOT the Malwarebytes online store).
  • MBAM license ID and Key information.
  • Screen shots of any error messages or other dialogs.

I've heard of 403 and 404, but not 405.:unsure:

In any event, @1PW is correct -- unless/until someone from the Help Desk pops in over this long holiday weekend, your best bet is a Help Desk ticket for email support.
Even if someone does respond here, they may not be able to research or resolve this until Tuesday.
