1.09.1.1175 Still causes IE to fail

As with the earlier version, 1175 causes Internet Explorer to consistently fail when Dynamic Anti-HeapSpraying Enforcement is on.  No problems if Dynamic Anti-HeapSpraying Enforcement is off.  I can PM logs if required
