Unable to access update server

I have a premium license for MB and I have not been able to access the server to update definitions.

I have tried a clean MB install after using the removal tool. I have also gone into application control for Kaspersky to ensure MBAM has trusted application status.

So, I'm hoping someone can help me with this issue?

First, please be sure your system date and time are correct. 

If that does not explain or fix the issue, the next thing is to configure your Kaspersky settings to look like the attached screenshot.

Dashboard > settings > additional > network > change the "encrypted connections scanning" to look like the screen cap.

It won't hurt to reboot after doing so.

Please let us know if that resolves your issue.
