If I understand your post correctly, you are unable to activate MBAM Premium on your system running a Kaspersky security product?

If so, first, please be sure the system date and time are correct.  Next, please reboot the computer.

If those steps do not resolve your issue, please check your Kaspersky settings > additional > network > change the "encrypted connections scanning" to look like the screen shot.
It wouldn't hurt to reboot the computer after making the change.

Please let us know if this resolves your issue.
