Unable to Access Update Server

Running W10 and Firefox.  Malwarebyes has always worked on this set up.  Last week it became unable to access update server.  I cannot think of any changes to system.

How do I correct it?

Let's try this first....

1. Please follow the steps in this pinned topic to uninstall your current version of MBAM and reinstall the latest build - MBAM Clean Removal Process 2x
2. If that does not correct the issue, then please read the following and attach to your next reply the 3 requested logs - Diagnostic Logs(the 3 logs are: FRST.txt, Addition.txt and CheckResults.txt)

Followed the instructions and all seems well.  At least it found updates and was able to access them.

When it was installed, I looked for the activation button but it already had my license key.

I had created a desk top icon with a different .ico and when it created a new desktop icon it used the same picture for a second link.  How do I make one with the right picture?

Can you provide a screen shot of the icon your talking about?

Just delete the one on your desktop. Then copy the one from the installed folder

C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\Malwarebytes Anti-Malware
