Unresponsive support...

I sent in a ticket this morning stating one of our mission critical Java software interfaces got wiped out by Malwarebytes and it will not let us whitelist the app.

Malwarebytes Management Console
Selected threat does not contain a valid payload checksum, it cannot be added into exclusion list.


The only way to get it up and running has to been to remove the MalwareBytes suite. Can I get someone to check the ticket for us?
