Help Me! Need Manual Malware Removal

I can't remove Spylocked stuff. I've done the list that Rubber Ducky wrote out about downloading the rogueremover, and I've also downloaded the hijackthisv2.00 and done that list. Below is what I was supposed to copy in here. What I'm getting are pop ups that say that I have been infected with spyware and that I should go to this particular website (spylocked). These pop up come from a shield icon in my start tray. When I continue to ignore these popups, I get a system alarm pop up that warns me more of the same.

Maybe I should tell you, also, that my son plays runescape and other free games and likes to see things on youtube.com. So, once you help me remedy this situation, could you also please tell me if you think the sites he visits are possibly the culprits and what I should do about this? If I have to go to extremes and tell him he cannot use the computer, he will be devastated, but I don't think I am knowledgeable enough to continue going through all this hassle, and that is probably where I am headed!

Wow. Thank you SO MUCH! You don't know how wonderful you are to me--all of you guys here are so fascinating! I've been reading and exploring all the forums and posts and I am so amazed at how knowledgeable you all are! It's overwhelming to me.

Anyway, the FIRST time I ran the RogueRemover, I did NOT remove the apparently infected registry files because a novice computer geek friend (who, by the way, turned me on to you guys) told me that messing with the registry can be dangerous. But, upon your second email, I thought I'd trust you and just do it.

That silly, and VERY ANNOYING, blinking thing went away IMMEDIATELY. THANK YOU!!!!
