Payment problems

Hi, I changed my card and when the renewal has come my payment has obviously been declined. I have updated the info but everytime i go to renew my subscription it says there is a problem with my payment details, will this automatically fix when the payment details update in a while or do i need to do something else to solve this?

We cannot directly handle licensing and payment issues here in the forum, because we do not have access to the necessary information.

If you originally purchased your license from the Malwarebytes online store, you may wish to contact cleverbridge, the e-commerce partner.

If you purchased elsewhere, then you may wish to contact EITHER the seller, OR Malwarebytes Help Desk HERE.

They ought to be able help sort this out.
