I desparately need a Malwarebytes Clean Uninstall Tool  asap.  I sent an email and have received nothing.  Now what?

Are you looking for a malware removal tool of some kind?

Or a tool to remove a Malwarebytes software application (e.g. MBAM or MBAE)?

Can you please provide a bit more detail so that we can better assist you?

I need the tool to remove MBAE completely.  I have an older license floating around in my computer and can't activate the new one until the other is cleaned out.  The video said I had to email support for Malwarebytes Clean Uninstall Tool.  I'm stumped

In my experience, the tool may or may not fully remove all MBAE remnants, but it will remove your MBAE Premium license data.
