Unable to access update server

First, please check that your system date and time are correct; and reboot the computer.

If neither of those resolves the issue -- since you said you have already tried reinstalling MBAM -- please read this pinned topic: Diagnostic Logs
Then, please ATTACH to your next reply here in this thread all 3 requested logs (FRST.txt, Addition.txt and CheckResults.txt).

Hi:

We need to see both logs from FRST (FRST.txt and Addition.txt) when you have them, please.

Until then, your CheckResults.txt log contains entries dating back to at least April 2016.  So it appears that you may not have used the removal tool for a clean reinstall the last time.

I suggest starting with the instructions here: MBAM Clean Removal Process 2x

  • Please have your license info handy before you start
  • Please deactivate your account (dashboard > my account > deactivate) before you run the removal tool
  • Please reboot when prompted by the removal tool; it's a good idea to reboot again AFTER reinstalling.

If that does not resolve your issue, then we will need to see both the FRST logs (FRST.txt and Addition.txt) and FRESH mbam-check log.
