Just Bought 1 Year of Premium But No Real Time Protection

So i just bought 1 year for £20, i activated it and it says i have no real time protection, and everytime i check my account it keeps saying a different number of days remaining on my account?? this seem really buggy, can this be fixed? or are refunds available?

Hmm, it's not clear yet what's going on.

We need a bit more information.

First: where did you buy the MBAM license?

Next: have you tried to reboot the computer?

Next: for a very basic first step, can you please post a screen shot of the MBAM dashboard, including the ribbon at the top that shows the program version?

We'll go from there.

Let's try this first....

  1. Please carefully follow ALL the steps in this pinned topic to uninstall your current version of MBAM and reinstall the latest build - MBAM Clean Removal Process 2x
    1. Please be sure to have your license info available before you start.
    2. Please be sure to deactivate your license before you uninstall (dashboard > "My Account" > "Deactivate")
    3. Please be sure to reboot the computer when prompted by the removal tool; it's a good idea to reboot again after reinstalling.
  2. If that does not correct the issue, then please read the following and attach to your next reply the 3 requested logs - Diagnostic Logs the 3 logs are: FRST.txt, Addition.txt and CheckResults.txt)
