protection stopped

the program been working but today it didnt start protection and service log file as this:

Please create the following zipped archives for MBARW developer team analysis:

Create a .zip archive of the directory C:\ProgramData\Malwarebytes\Malwarebytes Anti-Ransomware\
Create another .zip archive of the directory C:\ProgramData\Malwarebytes\MBAMService\logs\

hello program start working again

 it prevents me from doing a zip ...with file is been used and cant open it even after i closed the program maybe some service is still working

i copy the logs folder and made a zip of it just in case i will try again later to do the other folder
