Ransomware disables itself, fix now/start protection not fixing it

Sorry i didn't know i needed to start a new topic.

Ransomware sometimes starts up enabled just fine but about half of the time sometimes starts up disabled. Also sometimes during a session become disabled. Occasionally the fix now or start protection works but most of the time it doesn't seem to respond and stays disabled.  Reboot helps sometimes but mostly not, I have followed instructions of other posts to uninstall including doing the clean uninstall.  As i recall sometimes that works and then sometimes it has not.  Issue is this happens often enough that re-installation is really burdensome. Love your product and glad to have in on my machine so worth the trouble of being a beta. Please help. let me know what files you want me to send. Am running win10pro fully updated on Lenovo thinkpad.  Love the addition of the read ! in the icon, very helpful.

Hello Wells15:

In addition to the Diagnostic Logs that AdvancedSetup has requested, please consider including the following:

Create a .zip archive of the directory C:\ProgramData\Malwarebytes\Malwarebytes Anti-Ransomware\
Create another .zip archive of the directory C:\ProgramData\Malwarebytes\MBAMService\logs\

Please attach the zipped archives to your next reply.  Thank you for beta testing MBARW and your valuable feedback.

The logs indicate you might have some type of infection or possibly damage left over from a previous infection. Please post these same logs into a new topic in the following forum and someone will help you take a closer look at cleaning up your computer.

Thanks
