I have not seen the name of the command prompt pop-ups because it is only there for a split second, 1-2 happen on startup usually, and there is usually 1-2 popping up throughout the day, i was playing a game in this time and when it popped up it minimized my game but the cmd prompt lasted for like a millisecond after it minimized my game. Is this malware and even if it is not how can I stop this?

WeI don't see anything obvious that would be launching.  It could be a task or it could even be spawned from a running game process that you may be running.

Lets run the command below so we can get a list of your tasks to see it there is something there.

Go To a Command Prompt and run the following command and attach the Tasks.txt file will be placed on your desktop.

schtasks /query /v /fo LIST >%USERPROFILE%\desktop\Tasks.txt

No I did not, we will probably need to do some deeper scans, however that can not be done in this section of the forum.  Lets get you to post those logs in the Malware Removal area so that one of the experts can have a deeper look and run other specialized tools...

So, for expert assistance, I suggest that you please follow the advice in this pinned topic: Available Assistance For Possibly Infected Computers.

It explains the options for free, expert help -->>AND<<-- the suggested, preliminary steps to expedite the process.
A malware analyst will assist you with looking into your issue.

Thank you
