Management Server not validating key

thanks for in the information,
 i'm having the same problem,

i upgraded to MBMC and now my licences for antimalware and antiexploit have both disappeared and it will not let me put the licenses back in, it keeps saying there is an error and to contact support

also i cannot upgrade any signatures for antimalware (option is greyed out)  and i cannot add any new clients to the management console

please advise
