Promoted to renew with lifetime membership

I was promoted to renew my subscription and did so. Then I realized it was a premium lifetime license that I purchased on Amazon February 21,2015. I have the order details printed. Please assist with refunding my money.

I would recommend that you please contact the Consumer Support Team and they can assist you as needed. We have not sold a lifetime license now for about 2 years so whatever you bought on Amazon is probably not a legal version but the support team can help you with that.
