Malwarebytes won't install! Hijackthis crashes when scanning!

So my MBAM wouldn't update so I decided to uninstall and reinstall it (using the MBAM cleaner tool of course). I go to reinstall it and it won't install. It gets to a point during extraction of the files for installation and just exits completely (as shown in video). I tried to run a HijackThis and almost immediately after starting a scan it crashes. On the top bar between the second it freezes and crashes it says "01 - Hosts file redirection". Thinking I have some Malware I run a Bitdefender 2016 (my main AV) full system scan, a Trend Micro House Call full system scan, a RougeKiller scan, a AdwCleaner scan, and a HitmanPro3 scan. They all come up with nothing. The errors keep persisting, so I have no idea what to do now.
