Activation Problem

I just paid for the Premium version and it says I am not connected to the internet and won't activate with the code.  I'm running Windows 10, just got my computer back from the tech to remove malware infection. Kaspersky running fine, internet running fine.  What's the work around for this problem?

Hello and welcome, @fr2bhpy:

If rebooting the computer does not resolve the issue, please check to be sure the system date and time are correct.

If neither of those works, please check your Kaspersky settings > additional > network > change the "encrypted connections scanning" to look like the screen shot.
It wouldn't hurt to reboot the computer after making the change.

Please let us know if that corrects the problem.
