MBAM and HJT can't be launched... help!

It seems my laptop was infected by a malware in the the keygen.exe of the following download:

my PC worked fine until then but when I rebooted it, it's clear I have a big problem: when I now start Vista, the desktop is empty except for the recycle bin and I get an error message saying

Well I'm sorry but since you have evidence of cracked or pirated software you're using on the system I have no choice but to close this thread now.

If you feel this is inaccurate information please send any Moderator a private message explaining in detail and they will review your information in private.
