Scheduled Updates & Scan Not Running

We sell Malwarebytes through cleverbridge affliate ID: 2283

We've noticed recently that our customer's malwarebytes pro has not been updating or running a scan at their scheduled times. This is over multiple computers & all fresh installs, updated, registered, & then activated both update and scan, then start protection and they aren't updating or scanning. Are we doing something wrong or is there an issue?
