mbamswissarmy.sys pc can not start

Recommended Posts

Hello and :welcome:, @hrochy:

It sounds as if you think you may be infected and that you ran MBAM to help clear the infection?

I'm not sure "missing or destroyed" mbamswissarrmy.sys would cause the computer not to boot.  The problem is more likely due to damage from the malware.

We have a special forum area reserved for this sort of problem.

I suggest that you might want to please follow the advice in this pinned topic: Available Assistance For Possibly Infected Computers.
It explains the options for free, expert help >>AND<< the suggested, preliminary steps to expedite the process.
A malware analyst will assist you with looking into your issue - the helper will guide you through scanning, cleanup and repair.

>>If the computer is so crippled that you cannot run the requested preliminary diagnostic scans, please just start a new forum post in the malware removal section, explaining the situation.  The helpers there will have access to special tools to assist you.  Until then, I suggest not pursuing any "self-medication" or repairs on your own, without expert help.  Doing so could make the repair/recovery more complicated or difficult.

Thank you,
