MBAM Management Console Reset Password

hi,

 

Been running and using the management console for a week all ok, now we can't log in anymore. Services running. Password not accepted. I read there's a SQL query to reset pwd?. Submitted a business support query for this but haven't heard anything yet - Case #00018234 .

Hi Lazz -

I did that this morning. I'm also not able to get into the license portal either. It asks for a username, but I don't recall picking a username or password for that (I just clicked a link the sales rep sent me to pay for the service and got that email as well a copy of the receipt.) Please advise. I have an employee who normally offsite in the office today, that I'd like to deploy to (via the console.)
