High CPU Usage, Runs Slow and Hot!

I have an HP Laptop running windows 7. It has been a great computer even though its got a few years on it. I don't use it too much now, but when I do, it runs slow and gets really hot. Even with one of the cooling fan pads, it becomes almost too hot to touch after being on for a while. When I check the Task Manager, it will show CPU usage to be anywhere from single digits to over 80% and that will literally be with only one or two Explorer windows open.

I've run Norton and MBAM scans with nothing showing up. Please help me get this thing back into shape. Attached are the FarBar logs requested.

Based on your story, first thing you should do is to disassemble your laptop and clean dust. There are plenty of videos online how to do it, but you must type the exact model. If you're unsure how to do it, then it is better to hire a professional to do it for you.
