Unresponsive Support Engineer

I contacted support several days ago ( Case #: 1058591 ) and received a response the next day asking me to take a screenshot & attach it to my next reply.

I did that and have not heard anything back.

That was approximately 2½ days ago.

Is there someone else that I need to contact?

I understand being busy however, this is a bit long not to hear a single word back.
