Hello and Welcome!

Are you trying to install Malwarebytes while logged in as an admin, you will need admin rights to install?

Lets get a little more info on the system, If Malwarebytes is not installed yet, the mbam-check tool will probably yield no results, that's ok....

Please read the following and in your next reply ATTACH the 3 requested logs - Diagnostic Logs
(the three files should be CheckResults.txt, FRST.txt and Addition.txt)

Thank You,

Hello @abegoba

The logs indicate that the system appears to be infected. You should open a new topic in the Malware Removal section with your logs. However the logs also show the computer has pirated content on it. Under our current piracy policy you will need to remove any pirated content before we can assist you please.

When you're ready please post a new topic in this forum for assistance in cleaning the computer. After removing pirated content please get both new logs again and post those in your new topic.

Thank you
