Re Installation of MBAM

Hi Artpayne,  I also have had same type issues as yours. 

My e-mail sent to Malwarebytes 6/15/2016:

"My PC needed to be replaced on the 8th of month. All data were downloaded from Carbonite to new PC...... except my 'Subscribed'....Malwarebytes.
From past experience with Malwarebytes, any and all communication was only done via e-mail contact and that with me difficult, because I am rather weak, to be kind, in the current age I live.
Anyway, you could send me a link to 're-download' what I am already subscribed?"

If you still need help please let me know. You should certainly have heard a reply normally the same day from at least our automated reply system. Please check your Junk or Spam folders for a message from our Helpdesk.

In any case, let me try to assist you. Do you have the license information or the email from the purchase?
