Unable To Access Update Server

Hi all,

I keep getting the "unable to access update server" message. I've used the mbam clean removal tool, then reinstalled mbam. I've allowed access through windows and Eset firewalls. I even tried disbling them. I still can't update from v2016.02.16.06. I've attached the diagnostic results.

Unfortunately your logs show signs of piracy of our software, Malwarebytes Anti-Malware Premium on the system.  We are unable to offer any assistance until all evidence of piracy is removed from the computer.
