False positive on DAZ Install Manager

MBARW tagged the DAZ Install Manager as ransomware.  It waited until DAZ was well in the middle of downloading content before giving the ransomware alert, so it did mangle some parts of my installation of that package.  MBARW's quarantine hung the installer and it needed to be killed from the Task Manager with a component installation frozen at 95%.  After rebooting, I was able to complete the installation and only the part that was caught in mid-install actually needed to be re-downloaded.

Hello trdsf:

It is appreciated that you have begun your own thread, and the included attached archives.

Available data strongly suggests a false positive, and since the following pathname has been entered in MBARW GUI -> Exclusions, and the binary has been uploaded to the developers, please allow the entry to remain until you are requested to remove it:

                      C:\Program Files (x86)\DAZ 3D\DAZ3DIM1\DAZ3DIM.exe

At any time, a MBARW development team member, QA team member or Staffer may request the above temporary exclusion be altered/removed.

As many improvements and fixes have been included with the release of MBARW Beta7 v0.9.16.484, it is strongly recommended this upgrade be made to the system in question.

Thank you for beta testing MBARW and your valuable feedback.
