list.txt falsely detected as Trojan.Agent.Trace

list.txt (Windows command prompt created directory list text file) gives false positive. If I change the name of the file to list D.txt, it does not get detected as Trojan.Agent.Trace, and then if I change the filename back to list.txt it tests again as false positive. Using the same command on another drive, the file is not detected as Trojan.Agent.Trace, and in fact, copying the file to another drive and retesting it does not give false positive. This only happens in C:\Users\My User Name and what is stranger yet, if I open notepad as Administrator, and then open the file and save it in C: root directory, and retest with malwarebytes, it tests ok.
