When I start the pc and resume to windows I have a notification that tell me windows take off the pc because the battery is empty ,and say me to change the battery to one new or chargged it.

The only issue is this pc is a desktop pc without battery  and all the time at the electricity outlet .

I try to fix the issue with the power troubleshooter without luck

Any help or idea is welcomed.

If the computer is old it could be that the CMOS battery is dying. Often the BIOS settings or time will be off which can be a good indicator that something is wrong. With or without the power connected the battery has to remain in good condition. Typically they last for years but every once in a while they die.
