Hi everyone. Lately I had been noticing what appeared to be a conflict with Norton Security. The norton product is a beta version. The symptoms I was having was at computer startup and with 3 programs involved, my network connection was doing a hang for connection. It took approx. 2-3 minutes for the LAN connection to complete. I kept narrowing it down thinking it might be Norton Security (Beta) since there was an error of Sonar not working and required a fix. I had MalwareBytes Anti-Malware installed and lastly the Malwarebytes Anti-Ransomware program. I disabled MBAM, disabled Norton Security and it still happened for networking. I then disabled MBARW and then it stopped and Norton no longer showed a SONAR fix required. It looks like Norton Sonar requires a network connection completion for it to be ok. I just wanted to mention this, even tho I'm talking about 2 different beta products involved. I am curious to know tho, why would MalwareBytes Anti-Ransomware bind the network connection when there's competition perhaps, in regard to networking?

Hello plb4333:

Let's begin by collecting some data for the MBARW developers.  Please create the following zipped archives for MBARW developer team analysis:

Create a .zip archive of the directory C:\ProgramData\Malwarebytes\Malwarebytes Anti-Ransomware\
Create another .zip archive of the directory C:\ProgramData\Malwarebytes\MBAMService\logs\

Please attach the above zipped archives to your next reply.  Thank you for beta testing MBARW and your valuable feedback.
