It seems they provide cracked software, which is considered stealing and often comes bundled with something extra you may not want

Just to add, simply by visiting the site you get bombarded with fake pages wanting you to download plugins and a fake flash player.  That in itself should tell you that its most likely going to install malware on your computer.  Along with what @pondus mentioned about the legality of the site and software.
