Hey, @flippoTheCow,

Back when I used to use M$SE, I had 0 issues with MBAE and M$SE.  However, that was a while ago now, and builds have changed (and continue to change) for both products.

I advise that you don't purchase it yet, and run it in trial mode and see - there should be almost no interaction as they are two very different programs, but M$SE may have added components to its software that may now conflict with MBAE whereas before it never did.

If you see no issues after a week or so, then purchase.  If you do have issues, come back and report them here to get the developers involved in searching for solutions to them.
