Scan IP Range is missing computers

Hey all, 

So i'm attempting to install computers using the Client Push Install feature. The problem is several computers are not showing up even though i'm scanning through their ip address. These computers are visible from the client tab, when looking at all the computers found in AD. The manual installer works fine for these computers, and I can control them from the client tab afterwards. 

Is there a reason some of my clients are not showing up when scanning their ip range?

Is there a Group Policy or something I can set to fix the issue?

Importing your OU as a group and seeing them in the Client view is different than how the push install enumerates the clients. Ensure that all clients meet the pre-reqs. 

*Pre Reqs*
Firewall off or ports for MBMC are open (defaults are 18457, 443 and 137)
.NET Framework 3.5 installed and enabled in Windows Features
Windows Installer 4.0 or higher
Turn on Network discovery, File sharing and Printer sharing.
