Question On Zipped Log Files

Greetings All! I'm new here.

Running Win10Pro x64 upgraded from Win8Pro to Win8.1Pro to Win10Pro with MBAM and MBAE

I want to install the latest Beta MBARW now, but I have a question on reporting false positives.

The Devs want, among others zips, a zipped file of C:\ProgramData\Malwarebytes\MBAMService\logs\

But what I have is C:\ProgramData\Malwarebytes\Malwarebytes Anti-Malware\logs\

Soooooo... what am I seeing or not seeing?

Hi Alan

The MBAMService folder will be created once you install Malwarebytes Anti-Ransomware. It doesn't exist under Malwarebytes Anti-Malware and Malwarebytes Anti-Exploit.

OK, I've got beta6 - build 0.9.15.416 on both my babies now:

1. Lenovo ThinkPad Twist Win10Pro x64

2. MS Surface Pro2 Win10Pro x64

Do I hope I have problems with them now? Seems like if I don't have any problems or at least False Positives, I wont be making any contribution, lol.

So can I get security clearance to put up my Avatar now? And a customized signature?

Well, we hope that you won't encounter any issues with MBARW, but if you do, it'll be appreciated if you were to report them here so the team behind it can address them as soon as possible

Shoot, I'll report any problems, False Positives, etc. No worries about that.

I read the thread you listed above and actually I was aware the bottom line of the issue was spam and ads. I just wanted to hear the fineries about why noobs can't do sigs and Avatars and the possibilities. And you explained it thoroughly. Anyway, I attached my Avatar

I created the attachment and then saw that I could include the picture in the message. So I did that and then deleted the attachment. I can see the picture in my message. Don't know. Anyway, it's a dog with a cheeseburger in it's mouth. and he's smiling so hard his eyes are squinted shut.
