Free upgrade to Windows 10 - possible from XP?

Recommended Posts

Microsoft Windows 10 Pro - 32-bit - OEM - Newegg ~$140.00 USD

Note that while you can purchase Windows 10 for the platform, one needs to look at the legacy Windows XP based system as wether it meets a realistic compatibility to run the OS.

Many older Windows XP based systems have insufficient maximum RAM capabilities.  For example many may have a limitation of only 2GB.  That kind of system is not worth putting Windows 10 on.  Even if the platform may support 4GB it may be marginally able to run Windows 10.
