I purchased the Malwarebytes Premium combined software with both Anti-Malware & Anti-Exploit.

The AT&T Tech U-verse tech said this combined package should work with my AT&T McAfee Security. But another person said the Anti-Exploit part of the software will not work my McAfee security. The Anti-Exploit Premium does not work with McAfee. Only the the Anti-Malware part of the package works with McAfee.   I was told that both Anti-Malware & Anti-Exploit premium should work if I uninstalled McAfee & used Windows 10 Defender with the premium software.--- After completely uninstalling McAfee & using only Windows 10 Defender with the reinstalled  Malwarebytes combined Premium software. I continue to get a pop up message -- " Malwarebytes Anti-Exploit Protection is not started. The Anti-Exploit Process will be terminated." ----The Anti-Exploit icon is no where to be seen. I have now once again uninstalled the Anti-Exploit software & hope someone can help me get Anti-Exploit  Premium working on my PC

I clicked on the readme first link at the bottom of your reply but do not see instructions as to how to find the anti-exploit log. I have previously    uninstalled & deleted all the files for anti-exploit before I sent the original post for this topic so I don't know how there would be any log left for anti-exploit

I'm pretty sure I deleted all the anti-exploit files ( and can't find anywhere to send a log to the forum moderator ) because I thought deleting all files would help do a clean reinstall.  ---              I noticed in some of the forum discussions links were provided to do a reinstall. Could you send me a link that may help with a successful reinstall.  If that reinstall doesn't work I could then try to send log files for that unsuccessful reinstall

The clear out and re-install instructions for Win 10 do not work for me.  The pop up about MBAE "not started" began to appear yesterday.  I have followed the posted instructions and have two issues:  1.  I cannot delete the specified Directory in Program Files (x86) because a file is open,  The file seems to be mbae64.sys  2.  I attempted the download at the link malwarebytes.box.com and got the message that the link was no longer valid.

I also attempted to download the zip file to do a complete uninstall and got the message that I was not an authorized user.

What are the next steps for me to take?  WalterO
