Hi There,

Having tried to install another Virus Protection programme and failing miserably I had to contact their call centre.

It took them 2 hours to remove their software and so i am now left unprotected.

When i try to run Malaware it comes up with Error Code 707(2) and won't load.

If I try to uninstall Malaware it shows this error message - ' C:\Program Files\Malaware bytes' Anti - Malware\unins 000.msg is missing'

So I can't uninsatll it either.

This has happened to several other virus scanners I have installed.

Can anyone please help me??

Cheers,

mocco

Hello!

First, please update your Malwarebytes database, and restart your computer. If that doesn't fix the problem, please continue to follow the steps below.

1. Uninstall Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware using Add/Remove programs in the control panel.

2. Restart your computer (very important!).

3. Download and run this utility.

4. It will ask to restart your computer (please allow it to).

5. After the computer restarts, install the latest version from here.
