Start protection and fix now ineffective

I uninstalled my version and downloaded v. 0.9.15.416 but still clicking start protection or fix now doesn't work

Thanks.  I followed the instructions you give in  Malwarebytes Anti-Ransomware Beta and it fixed my problem.
